Beverley Nderu is an award-winning creative known for her boundary-pushing approach to digital storytelling. As the first person in her BBC social team to create a digital-to-TV crossover show, she developed On The Cards—a groundbreaking series tackling colourism and HIV stigma. Her bold approach to storytelling has earned her two BBC awards for bravery, creativity, and innovation.

Beyond TV, Beverley has led high-impact digital campaigns, ensuring that projects like I Kissed a Girl resonated with distinct audiences. She has also directed music videos, blending her eye for visual storytelling with her deep understanding of culture and audience engagement.

At Noll House, Beverley continues to shape the future of digital content, providing strategy, creative direction, and production expertise to brands, media platforms, and entertainment companies.

Noll House was born out of the founder’s deep understanding of the creative industry’s shortcomings in truly connecting with Black, Brown, and queer communities. Beverley Nderu recognised a significant gap — brands often miss the mark by failing to deeply engage with these audiences and represent their stories authentically. With a decade of experience in TV, film, and digital media, Nderu created Noll House to deliver a fresh approach to content creation that not only entertains but speaks directly to the culture.
